McNeil Management Contact Problems

Please be aware that McNeil Management experienced a full system outage of their phones, email, and Internet due to problems with Frontier Communications. This problem began Thursday, May 12 and was not resolved by Monday, May 16 by Frontier Communications. McNeil Management has switched all their services to Bright House Networks as of Tuesday, May 17, and is in the process of replying to over 300+ emails sent during the outage. If you emailed or left a phone message during that period and have not received a reply within a few business days, please contact their office again for prompt service. 
 
Rest assured McNeil Management continued to work diligently behind the scenes to manage your community while their systems were down with Frontier Communications. They apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and appreciate your patience and understanding.
